If the yogurt does contain fruit, you should consume only a few tablespoons. Plain yogurt it a better choice, and may be eaten freely. Acidophilus is also available in the form of pills or liquid, and will be helpful in eliminating the Candida.
Keep in mind that you may eat just about all vegetables, as long as they are fresh. Vegetables from a can have been processed. These are not as healthful as fresh, and will not help to eliminate Candida.
