Candida Diet Recipes will add More Flavor and Variety to your Diet

Candida diet recipes can make an otherwise boring diet much more interesting and flavorful. As anyone who has ever followed a Candida diet can tell you, there are many foods that must be omitted. It is necessary to find or create menus that offer lots of flavor and interesting texture in order to keep it from becoming boring and tasteless.

Fructose, dextrose, lactose, and any other form of sugar can not only stop Candida from getting better, it will in fact make it quite worse. There are sugars hidden in many items where we would not expect it to be. This is why it is necessary to always check labels to ensure that it is not an ingredient. Fruit is high in natural sugar. Even though the fruit is good for you, the sugar that it contains may create a serious worsening of your Candida. If you choose to eat fruit on your Candida diet, you must limit it to a very small amount each day.

Any foods which have been aged will definitely make your Candida worse. Leftovers, mushrooms, truffles, wine, and most cheese should be eliminated from the diet. Anything which may possibly have mold spores or fungus will encourage Candida to grow within your body.

You may eat cheeses, but only if they are melted. They must also not be aged, such a blue cheese, gouda, and the like. You may use your allowed cheese to make lasagna or may be even a chef’s salad. Fresh vegetables, especially leafy vegetables are encouraged on the Candida diet, so you may make this as big as you like.

The way that cattle is raised these days is of great concern to many individuals. It is commonly known that hormones, antibiotics, and many other artificial supplements are used to keep them healthy, and cause them to grow larger. The results of this can make a person’s battle with Candida even worse. It is recommended that only organic meats eat and the Candida diet.

Yogurt which contains acidophilus is a great place to start in fighting the after affects of Candida. Just be careful with the fruit. If the yogurt does contain fruit, you should consume only a few tablespoons. Plain yogurt it a better choice, and may be eaten freely. Acidophilus is also available in the form of pills or liquid, and will be helpful in eliminating the Candida.

With the Candida diet you can eat a great variety of fresh vegetables. Fresh vegetables can be chopped for a salad, made into a soup, or used in a casserole. The possibilities are endless, and you should have plenty to eat.
